I have worked previously in Management for a Third Sector (not for profit) Organisation and prior to that, in the fields of Childcare and Educational Provision/Support. I have strong management skills and experience of all aspects of a Management role; recruitment, training, supervision, competency reviews and so on. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I am highly organised, with strong task/time management skills. I possess the ability to work autonomously whilst also having the ability to foster and develop strong, effective business partnerships based on trust, open communication and sharing of ideas, and resources. I have strong people skills and enjoy management of services and staff. I support a variety of Charitable organisations and would enjoy working for a not for profit organisation. I also possess excellent teaching skills and have worked in a variety of educational settings over the years including SEN provision, Autistic Outreach, Teaching Daily living skills and Home Tutoring. I have successfully studied some aspects of Teaching at level 4 (PTTLS) previously and it is my intention to go back to college/University to complete a QCF course of study to qualify as an Adult and Further Education Teacher. I would like to work with those who struggle with English - delivering Functional Skills classes to bring students' competency up to the necessary standard for them to progress on to courses or careers of their choosing in the future.I am a caring individual with a genuine passion for helping others and enthusiasm for opening doors of opportunity for those who are/may have been experiencing difficulties in some way. I am interested in part time or Home-Based roles either within Education or Third Sector management, Co-ordination or similar...I am looking for a job role in which I can use my skills and knowledge base to enable others to achieve and to better their lives.
