✌🏼Creative, empathetic, optimistic, driven and one of the funniest people you will ever meet ... oh and modest✨When not sat at my laptop or hyping up my team you can find me chasing sunsets, sampling all available cuisine and coffee Manchester has to offer or with my tool box doing a bit of DIY...❤️ I’ve worked at Access for nearly 11 years (I know right.. you wouldn’t think so 💁🏻‍♀️) where I initially lead the Education sales team helping enable schools/MATs and Local Authorities improve efficiencies to help give them the freedom to deliver an outstanding education. I then spent two years in our Hospitality Division building out a high performing, super engaged digital sales team that enabled their customers to deliver a great experience whilst running a streamlined and profitable business. ⚡️Fast forward and I now have the pleasure of leading a bunch of incredibly talented individuals in our recruitment division providing market leading technology helping our customers drive revenue and slash operating costs. 💃🏻I am also a founding member of the WISE (Women in Sales Empowered) network here at Access Is to inspire equality in the workplace by providing a supportive community to enable growth, empowerment and a sense of belonging.
