Over 20 years experience as an end-user has led me to be an experienced consultant. My roles continue with Implementations and current clients wishing to get a jump on J1Web as well as working with Product Development again (as I did with EXi). Always learning, always sharing, always teaching it forward.

Growing with a software like Jenzabar has been, and is currently, one of my favorite things. It never ceases to amaze me the support this company gives to it's clients. I find it gratifying to teach it forward to others. I believe in it because I've used it successfully myself for 20+ years. From EX to J1 and beyond! Be ready for it!

As Associate Registrar and redesigned job responsibilities to include much of what I have already been responsible for, and add responsibilities related to such. Acalog catalog updating, publishing, building and maintaining goes hand-in-hand with Jenzabar's AV Module and that also needs to be maintained and kept up to date with curriculum changes. We have also launched a First Year Experience (FYE) program at MSMC with paired courses that I co-req'd to each other along with co-curricular experience that is tracked via a swipe of your ID card and mass entered into Jenzabar with an Action Code and displayed on the Advising Worksheet as a met requirement. My success in many areas is do to productive collaboration with various areas within MSMC. I may be innovative and creative, but I am not an island! For the future, I am looking to enhance MSMC Registrar's office processes while still maintaining MSMC's core values and rich heritage. I am on Jenzabar's EXi Advisement Team, as a strong client user, my input was valuable. Guiding the initial drive to becoming J1Web, EXi was Advising only in the earliest of days, and it sure was the innovative force for J1Web.

Continued Organizer for the Administrative Assistant User Group at MSMC to aid/share/explore work practices among all Adminstrative Assistants on campus. The ability to always help the student acheive his/her goals academically.... without fail. Ad Astra Room Scheduler user. Advising Module expert, edit, maintain and develop Degree Audits/Advising Worksheets for use by students, faculty and graduation review. Registration of all incomming Freshmen each year. Allow and restrict all online registration via use of course and non-course pre/co-requisites. Audit, review and confer degrees for all 3 graduations per year. Use Jenzabar for Probation, Dean's list and Latin Honor rules and updates to transcripts. Strong use of InfoMaker for reporting. Maintain and use Script-safe Diplomas on Demand for in house Diploma printing.
