I am a highly motivated and ambitious manager, seeking a new challenge where I can make a real difference to the company. My role as General Manager of a fast paced, high growth confectionery packing company has given me in-depth experience across all areas of business, from working directly with the Directors and Share Holders, dealing with suppliers, customers and staff, through to negotiating on pricing, heading up projects and creating systems and processes within the office, warehouse and production. We sell to over 1000 retail customers and wholesalers so I have extensive product knowledge including what consumers want. Most of all, I am passionate about ensuring the entire business is geared towards customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
