Culinary Arts Qualification:• Preparation of various types of food.• Meat Fabrication which taught me how to cut down meats and fish.• I made stocks, soups and sauces for our du Jour restaurant on-site and we cooked meals daily for the entire school.• Baking of assorted breads, worked with laminated doughs, made pastries, cakes, pies and 3 showpieces including a chocolate box, a blown sugar piece, and a wedding cake. I worked with employees from other offices to share sales.• I have prior extensive customer service in banking for 7 years, opened and managing check cashing stores for 3 years and working at Messinger Mortuary for 20 years.• Sales has been a part of each job I have worked at. In banking, I was number 6 in sales out of 280 people in 3 states. I have held an insurance license and part of my real estate license. I have sold all kinds of accounts at the bank and different properties at the cemetery.
