My two and a half year experience in the banking industry has made me matured in job roles. As a team leader for the last year I have been in the company, I learned how to take charge of the team and monitor performances as well as find ways for improvement.Being in the early collections is not an easy job. Everyday handling of delinquent account thru call-outs, sms, email and letters to debiting their accounts - the job doesn't end there. There are reversal of charges, requesting of hold, preparing adjustments and the disputes which need to be handled. One thing I learned from this job is patience, especially on handling difficult customers.When I transferred to the next aging (60 to 90 days), the same actions are done but lesser because there is more of analysis of accounts. Skip tracing, more of requests of hold, payment arrangement, endorsing accounts to law office and enrollment to Negative Data Bank.
