I have 15+ years of experience completing hundreds of C-suite and executive-level placements for organizations in a number of sectors including non-profit, technology, defense, healthcare, real estate and construction and more. My expertise spans from supporting family enterprises, private businesses, publicly traded companies, and crown corporations. Recognized as an industry leader, I have been fortunate to earn a number of awards including Businesswoman of the Year from the Women's Business Network in 2018, a Forty Under 40 recipient in 2018, Immigrant Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2019, and I've helped propel Keynote Search to earn the #1 spot on Ottawa's Fastest Growing Companies list in 2018 as well as #4 in 2019.
