Held a number of positions during my time with the ASB Bank, these covered Administrating Mortgage Security documentation, Lending Applications and approvals through to settlement, Training new staff with the HR Dept, Retail Banking from opening and closing of accounts, interview customers for new lending, following up on prospective new contacts and leads. Matching and Cross selling products that meet the customers needs. Building rapport with a client base and managing their financial requirements.
