About Donna Bosch

As a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1984, the main thrust of my career has been focused primarily in the position of sales management for both single family residential existing and new construction sales. My true passion lies within the day to day training, coaching, problem solving and development of sales agents within my sales force. I enjoy the challenge of helping agents work through transactional issues and I gain great satisfaction through the growth and business success of the many real estate agents and brokers on my sales team. Ultimately, I believe that my true success as a managing broker lies within the sales people I employ and that it is up to me to help guide them toward building a successful career in real estate sales.
