Why Northwest Arkansas (NWA)? After almost 8 years as a Texas licensed Realtor® I moved my home and business to Northwest Arkansas in 2022. NWA is a burgeoning real estate market: It's healthy, vibrant business environment includes the home offices of Walmart, JB Hunt and Tyson. NWA has also become a hub for tech startups. But the big draw for me is the Ozark destination for hiking, biking, fishing, boating and numerous other types of recreation. What areas of real estate?I would get bored with just one area. I love all aspects including residential, farm & ranch and some commercial. My real estate knowledge in Central Texas has transferred here perfectly. On a personal note:I honestly believed I’d never leave Texas but here I am! While I initially purchased an investment property here as a short term rental, I ended up moving here. Family was a big reason, but I also fell in love with the beauty of the Ozarks. As those close to me know, I am also passionate about training my German Shepherd Dogs and I found a great training club!
