Project Management Experience Summary:HIGHLIGHTED PROJECT: Designed and implemented an enterprise records management program using Laserfiche which enabled secure electronic document accessibility for 6+ Million items of archived content, retired legacy systems, servers, and software licenses, and relieved paper archive storage space requirements to return $864K in business value.HIGHLIGHTED PROJECT: Planned and managed implementation of a Purchasing Card System, integrating system functionality with Oracle Government Financials. The system provided the administrative tools to simplify business travel expense management and monitor purchasing activity at school sites. Transaction reconciliation moved from a central administrator's process to an individual card holder’s process. This implementation increased the number of purchasing cards from 10 district-wide to 200, with no increase in support staff, realizing $39,000 savings per year.HIGHLIGHTED PROJECT: Planned and managed data migration and implementation of a commercial Special Education Student Information System. The system improved visibility of compliance issues which led to the reduction of the number of out-of-compliance documents from an average of 75 per month to 20 per month. This reduction qualified Kent School District for an additional $27,500 in Special Education funding monthly.HIGHLIGHTED PROJECT: First in its class, development of a new multi-tiered web application to facilitate and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for Special Education student populations. The application standardized the format, content, and the application of regulations for the 207 teaching staff serving 3145+ Special Education students.
