Process Automation Specialist

Client: Hertz.Co- Perform all key IT service management process including incident, change and service request individually or as part of a group- Knowledgeable of the end to end process from client to different support escalation levels- Point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases- Monitors own workflow to ensure service levels are achieved- Ensure consistent process and reporting are aligned with IT standards and fulfill wider IT governance requirements- Performs SQL Database task such as monitoring and data copy

Client: Rabobank SingaporeResponsible in handling all RFA (Request for Assistance) and ERF (Enhancement Request Form) request from the client. Conduct different kinds of testing before sending the patch / bug fix. Build / configure bank models for training and client demonstration purposes.
