Several pilots served as proof of concept and now moved to BAU.• National Call Testing Control Office – standardized call testing processes, ensured quality call testing through supplier forums and surveys. • Showcased savings of drive testing when costs reduced. • Established best practices for the CTCO (using call test tool, time table for POs etc.). • Reduced headcount as the CTCO program stabilized and focus was placed on other programs. • Initiated call test reduction analysis which morphed into the Software Call test Reduction and LSS Drive Test Programs..• Software Call Test Reduction Program – completed pilots for major RAN releases to reduce call testing, resulting in vendor cost savings of $73M in 2015. Other pilots in process with savings estimates of $80-90M per year. We have been monitoring these activities to capture savings and report to leadership.• LSS Drive Test Rreduction Program – co-led cross functional team including RAN, MSC, E911, ATS, etc. that resulted in significant reduction in call test requirements for NodeB rehomes. In addition it was determined that call tests were not needed for BSC or BTS 2g rehomes. We have been monitoring these activities to ensure the new BAU procedures are being followed, capture savings and report to leadership.• Wiki – Developed pages for e2e Mobility Deployment programs including Call Test Control Office, RAN, Transport, E911, and Core programs.

Participated as SME for the replacement of the GNG checklist: Worked to implement the automated Phase Review Record Process.3. Suggested development of automated CIQ/Data fill workflow. This process was manual, complex and time-consuming. This project recently received executive support, and is moving along well. This initiative will support faster, better, and cheaper UMTS/ LTE launches as well as maintenance window tasks such as re-homes, etc.4. Resolved request from NE mkt for Supply Chain/Sourcing critical equipment. Two escalation processes were identified and communicated to all regional RAN and C&E contacts.5. Drove team toward a higher level of contribution. Identified key market issues and escalated toward resolution. Completed an ePMO assessment and proposed development of 2012 Strategy Plan for RAN PMO. Facilitated kick off and data gathering meetings to determine objective statements, strategy framework, and project plan to generate a 2012 National RAN PMO Strategy.6. Ensured Market compliance with National RF UMTS Design Guidelines & GNG requirements. Manual processes have been automated withn the capability to archive project related documentation that may be required to support an audit.
