Virtual Education Team Leader: Lead a team of 6 instructors to develop and deliver all virtual education initiatives for the Southern Region. Education includes the following:1. Pilot curriculum design and new education rollout for agency staff in conjunction with the Home Office utilizing Blackboard.2. Curriculum redesign and delivery for new staff onboarding, Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health Binding Authority3. One day introductory training for all new agents4. All education associated with new product rollouts, quoting system changes, and product updates, etc.Allstate Agency Operations Center: Work with up to 10 Agency Owners and/or Staff over a 3 week period with a focus on developing participants in the following areas:1. Product knowledge in Property & Casualty as well as Life 2. Quoting accuracy in all Allstate systems3. Understanding of administrative tasks including billing and claims4. Mastery of sales processDuties include management of participants during the 3 week program, demonstration and coaching of sales processes for Auto and Home products, and providing coaching during a live sales phase to overcome call reluctance as well as to enhance knowledge and skill sets.
