Managed staff and support related to Nylink's third-party business partners, including OCLC and other electronic resources and library services providers. Identified and developed new partnerships, including oversight of the contracting process. Contributed to overall planning and development of organizational priorities and objectives. Served as liaison to key groups among Nylink's membership, including the IDS Project and ConnectNY.

Promoted and presented OCLC library technologies and services to libraries and groups across New York State, including library visits, services demonstrations, proposal preparation and delivery, workshop development, and conference exhibits. Provided user support for a variety of OCLC services, including the FirstSearch, QuestionPoint, and WorldCat Collection Analysis services.
