Working as a key member of the HHGlobal client operations team, my roles include managing point-of purchase and estore management and procurement supporting 2800 retail locations as part of a client based team. Responsibilities include print procurement planning, estimating, sourcing, technical execution and delivery, budget and savings tracking, and reporting ensuring that operations are contractually compliant and saving targets are met.

Manage in-house creative staff responsible for the development, design, photography, production and purchasing of local and national marketing print campaigns; promotional direct mail, in-store signs and graphics, promotional events, acquisition and retention mailings and franchise marketing materials. Manage materials inventory for marketing print materials, uniforms and apparel and premium give-away items. Offer design and production support for all departments within the organization from HR to Training to develop a cohesive brand message.

Responsible for design and print production process; photography, pre-press requirements, color management, purchasing (stock and print), distribution and mail services, point-of-purchase, budgets for all advertising and internal corporate communication projects. Production Management:• Managed $32 million direct mail budget. Analyzed print manufacturing and USPS postage requirements resulting in cost reduction of: 20%.• Managed $8.5 million newspaper insert program. Analyzed media buy and paper stock resulting in cost reduction of: 10%.• Brought editorial publication in-house for a cost reduction of: 20%.• Designed business plan and production schedule as required per project.Performance Highlights:• Implemented first corporate website; developed site plan, managed costs, supplied content, and managed weekly promotional event updates resulting in increased brand awareness and online traffic.• Photo studio management; identified long-term efficiencies and savings of digital photography converting in-house studio from conventional to digital photography. Estimated first-year savings: $500,000 • Launched first national ad campaign in March of 1999, “So Many Reasons to Love Pier 1”.
