• Enter new hire information using Synergy, Open Hire, and Red Carpet HRIS systems. Assist recruiters with special projects.

• Research/Process invoices in SAP and CAS system. Run reports, answer vendor inquiry.

• Enter New Hire information in Ceridian
• Process, salary, transfers and terminations in the HRIS system
• Process Fingerprints in the FINRA system
• Process security badges
• Work closely with Payroll, Accounting and the Compliance department
• Coordinate Company Weight Watchers program
