As a qualified Corrective Action Program Coordinator (CAPCO) I provided management and strategic direction in support of the CAP program for training ensuring accreditation objectives and criteria were met.• Drove performance and accountability through mentoring, assisting the station with a successful NRC Problem Identification and Resolution (PI&R) Inspection in 2012 with zero findings.• Led NTD CAP performance through strong ownership ensuring issues were in front of NTD management and closed with quality in a timely manner, resulting in zero CAP item past due. • Manage Condition Report (CR) backlog ensuring closure timeliness with quality, reduced monthly CAP CR’s open per month by 73% and average age by 50% for the year 2012.• Mentored evaluators and management producing quality cause evaluations resulting in no failures when presented to the Corrective Action Review Board (CARB).• Reviewed, dispositioned, and approved training cause evaluations and graded corrective action closure products ensuring quality, resulting in a 90% reduction in closure product rework.• Provided support to training management for accreditation renewal training initiatives, leading to a successful INPO Accreditation Team Visit for Operations Training in 2013.
