My birth place is San Francisco. When I was a child my parents moved to Kentfield in Kent Woodlands, now called The Woodlands. I attended Marin Catholic High School and College of Marin. Then as an adult learner I returned to school and earned my Bachelors Degree from Dominican College. My Major was Business Administration.I have sold properties in both Marin and San Francisco, representing buyers and sellers. I especially like helping buyers, because it is exciting to see them fulfill the dream of home ownership. I value the rapport I am able to establish with my clients and enjoy the relationship as much as the sale. I have saved my clients money in negotiating credits on their behalf. I take pride in the homework I do behind the scenes in preparation for an offer or a listing to help the clients get the most value for their money.Prior to selling Real Estate I was an Insurance Broker and sold Property and Causality Insurance. I joined my father, Donald D. Lynch Insurance Agency, when my third son was born.I am married to Rodger Faulkner and reside in Larkspur. As you can see I have not gone far from my roots. I have three sons and six wonderful grandchildren . My community involvement is with Hospice. I have volunteered for them for 25 years.My hobbies are reading, traveling, collecting antiques and my favorite is cooking and interacting with my grandchildren.
