That's everything from our marketing to credit control. It's wonderful working for the Fielder family business, which my husband Tom and brother-in-law Joel started up over 20 years ago from their garage!I am particularly passionate about how digital transformation can support some of our thriving local industries in the south east, in particular manufacturing and construction. With huge skills gaps in these industries, and a fast incoming array of technology to support productivity in the industry, I'm a huge advocate of our work in supporting industry leaders to introduce new digital tools that will see them survive and thrive in the coming years.I am also lucky enough to be part of Chalk Eastbourne, a community for the creative, digital and technology (CDT) industry. This has enabled me to connect with some amazingly innovative and forward-thinking companies and individuals who are driving our industry forward. To showcase our industry we run Eastbourne DigiFest, our region's first CDT focused conference.Having started my career supporting local communities with events, I now find myself in this position again, albeit focused on a specific industry! Whilst stressful, it opens up your world to wide range of new relationships and skills that you would have otherwise missed.When I'm not at work or busy parenting I'm often trying to raise my heart rate and/or step count! I love to run in the Willingdon countryside or attend a local bootcamp class. I'm also a volunteer infant feeding peer supporter for the NHS, and love a spot of bird or plane spotting!👉 How can I help you?
