The head of the PPMC Tiger Team leads a diverse group of experts brought together for a single project, need, or event. • We are assigned to investigate, solve, or recommend possible solutions to unique situations or problems.• The Tiger Team provides an expert Programme/Project management troubleshooting service for all projects and major incidents.• We are driven by a continuous improvement mindset to ensure that we are addressing root cause and preventing repeat occurrences.• We work closely with the Project Management Community and our PMO function, maintaining open lines of communications to ensure we are getting early visibility of projects or programs in difficulty.

In addition to my Program Manager role, I am responsible for the line management, performance and growth of 4 direct reports.

The remit of this role was to manage and deliver large, complex and ambiguous programs. I had responsibility for the program design, structure, planning, execution and resource management, as well as partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver the business outcomes. Additionally, I was responsible for securing and the ongoing management of multi-million-pound program budgets.

Managed and delivered projects and programmes, involving complex technologies within a matrix organisation. Delivered via combination of in house, contracted and outsourced resources with multiple workstreams and stakeholders. I managed of each of the work programmes from their inception through to sign-off and delivery of business outcome. All of the projects were delivered with strong engagement with senior stakeholders to ensure it was being delivered in-line with customer expectations.• Delivered and managed a dynamic plan for a £50m program to migrate over 100 applications to a new Datacentre alongside a large change portfolio with minimal impact to the availability of critical business processes. This project will deliver a multi-million pound saving across the life of the Datacentre contract as well as significant advances in technology and independence, resulting in more stable and quicker services to the organisation• Led a CI initiative to refresh the IT project delivery process and its roles and responsibilities during project delivery. This was a very high profile project requiring me to engage and drive a number of senior managers to produce material collaboratively and to sponsor the outcome to bring about cultural and behavioural change. In addition, I delivered an interactive portal to provide a focus point and platform for future expansion. Final delivery was through an innovative mechanism which included the involvement of every IT team member• Troubleshot and managed a project delivering Inventory Optimisation and Dynamic Deployment of stock across the RS delivery network. This project had run into difficulties and required my key management and stakeholder skills to build improved/closer working relationship with our global stakeholders to ensure delivery
