Directed Zone business and brand development through promotional marketing strategies to drive organizational growth and profitability through a variety of distribution networks, key account management, product placement / merchandising and new item launches. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and developing the West Zone Sales Team to maximize volume and optimize retail call effectiveness.
