Operations Management • District subject matter expert; handled escalated issues from customers, vendors, full time staff and temporary employees (i.e. payroll, workers’ compensation, unemployment, FMLA, employee management, invoicing, accounts receivable, etc.). • Identify, develop and share best practices between branch offices and corporate departments to drive improvements and efficiencies to ensure a successful customer and employee experience. • Ensure the team is compliant with Kelly policies and procedures by implementing new programs, conducting local training and running weekly and quarterly audit reports. • Responsible for ordering office supplies/equipment and serve as local contact for all IT and telecom related issues. Review and approve invoices, credit card statements and staff expense reports. • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for temporary employees, maintain required paperwork and process expense reports. • Generate and review reports including financial statements, headcount and order activity. • Oversee and manage unemployment compensation, workers’ compensation, Work Opportunity Credits and temporary employee recruiting and retention programs.Recruitment Coordination • Manage a team of recruiters; analyze needs, and develop and implement recruiting strategies.• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting sources including local colleges, state agencies, professional associations, and community organizations throughout Connecticut and Western Massachusetts; coordinate and attend job fairs. • Provide full cycle recruiting to fill direct hire, temporary to hire and temporary orders for local and national customers. • Coordinate interviews, administer onboarding requirements, initiate drug/ background screens and complete Federal I9 work authorization verifications.
