- Plan and execute communication plans that include the formation of Citizen Advisory Committees, writing and production of newsletters, posters and brochures, and media relations for clients who seek to facilitate public involvement in decision-making. Act as liaison between clients and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.

Developed and implemented communication plans for Applied Water Management, a water and wastewater consulting company, to improve corporate identity and market new services.

Designed, implemented and managed all programs to proactively improve public understanding and acceptance of Elizabethtown Water Company and its subsidiaries. Audiences included customers, employees, public officials, community groups, school groups, the media and our parent company.Wrote, edited and coordinated photography and design of web site, bill inserts, newsletters and all other Company publications.Implemented and enforced new corporate identity standards including production of a new web site, redesigned publications and updated trade show display.Disseminated information to the press and responded to inquiries.Managed all public information and crisis communication programs to address special issues such as conservation, lead in drinking water and capital improvement projects. Wrote scripts integrating narration with taped interviews for an audio news service called Newsline, which employees accessed via a toll-free phone number.Wrote and edited news items from wire services and press releases for a closed-circuit intra-company television system called Highlight.
