I can't remember a time where I wasn't curious about how things work. I remember my brother getting one of those Electronic Project kits for Christmas one year. He played with it, and as soon as he left it alone, I remember taking out the wires, putting things together and trying it out. I was fascinated - and hooked.In high school, they started a computer club. I was the only girl that asked to join. I again found it fascinating that these wires, chips, boards, all connected to come to life. That opened my eyes to the power of technology.I have been in technology my entire career. From a software engineer working for Honeywell, to working for small startups to writing desktop applications, and now to running my own Digital Marketing Agency. That fascination of figuring out how things worked, now is a part of my business. Though officially, I founded a digital marketing company, in reality all solutions and strategies are founded and based solidly in technology. My biggest quests are figuring out how to make my client websites more visible. From brand strategy and user interface, to the meta data, and all the metrics, analytics and tools that measure success.How things work is the most important thing. After all these years, I'm still just a girl geek that loves to figure out problems, and get my hands dirty in the mix of all the moving parts. Now I get to do that and get paid to follow my passion.When I'm not working with business owners, and marketing teams, chances are I'm outdoors doing something fun. From hiking, biking, snowboarding, scuba diving and swimming, I love to be outdoors engaging with nature. My husband and I have lived in Colorado for more than 30 years, and are relocating to sunny Florida to be closer to family. That leaves me with brand new outdoor experiences waiting to be explored!Other things to know about me, is that I've played the piano since I was 14 years old, and still play for my own enjoyment. I am addicted to going to concerts. Red Rocks is my absolute favorite venue! I've seen Group Love, 21 Pilots, Panic! at the Disco, and Portugal the Man at Red Rocks, just to name a few of some of my very favorite shows there. Don't judge me, but I'm also a Flogging Molly fan (bet you would never have guessed that one!)
