Donna also provided full oversight of all brokerage and diligence services. Additionally, Donna continued conducting complex due diligence projects for financial sponsor and strategic clients. She specializes in working with Property and Casualty and Financial lines of insurance as well as Transactional Insurance Products. Donna is an accomplished professional with 40+ years of insurance brokerage experience and 30+ years experience completing M&A Due Diligence. Prior to joining WTW, she was a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at both Lockton Companies and Aon.Specialties: Completes forensic due diligence reviews, identifies deal issues, creates solutions to key transactional concerns relative to matters concerning historical and future liabilities and other insurance related topics, as well as structuring post-closing insurance programs. Focus also on structuring insurance solutions to specific transactional obstacles for situations involving tax, other contingent liabilities, securing any potential breaches of reps and warranties, loss mitigation programs.
