About Donna Goldbranson

My desire is to eliminate the reality of young adults with disAbilities sitting at home isolated after high school graduation. I believe we can have a SPARC program in every community center across America! Our extraordinary young adults have much to contribute to the community and have the right to stay in their hometowns and grow old with family and friends!!!

    Donna Goldbranson is the Founder and Executive Director of SPARC. In answer to the identified need for more opportunities in our community for young adults with life-long disabilities she developed SPARC. Ms. Goldbranson brings her “Circuit Train Your Brain” model to young adults in the Southgate Community Center. Ms. Goldbranson used her 16 years of advocacy experience and team building abilities to pull together diverse organizations and stakeholders to bring about the realization of this vital day program for young adults with disabilities. This challenging effort required entrepreneurial insight, boundless energy, and commitment, to build the powerful partnerships needed to realize this dream. Her vision is to have a SPARC program in every neighborhood community center. Ms. Goldbranson is a Toastmaster and speaks on issues surrounding adult services for individuals with disabilities and serves on boards and committees supporting the disabilities community.
