Hi, I'm Donna! I’m a Support Professional with experience working with some incredible companies (Front, Apple, Noom). Right now, I'm here to support my brilliant fellow Modash users!As a self-confessed people-pleaser, I have put my skills to fantastic use and dedicated the last 7 years of my life to remotely helping people to live (a little bit) less of a stressful life. That's a very proactive way of putting that if you had a billing issue or a technical issue, I was right there by your side until we got it sorted! During my time in the Support industry, I worked as an Advisor/Specialist, Support Lead and Support Manager. I won't lie, I doubted myself along the way, but when I found people who cheered me on, I realised I could do it! I have built amazing working relationships and proudly helped others to realise that they could achieve amazing things (sometimes people just need to be reminded of how fantastic they truly are). I have an incredible passion for building others up, so if you're ever having a bad day or doubting yourself, reach out! I'll be more than happy to help remind you of something you should be proud of!As a Support Manager, I was exposed to so many new experiences! I dabbled in hiring, content creation, employee engagement, annual planning, quality, training and development, etc. All of this, along with building out an incredible support team full of highly skilled and incredibly intelligent support professionals.
