14 years experience including programme and project management associated with a front line squadron requiring the structured leadership of project teams and a good understanding of PM methodologies. Culminating in the management and leadership of significant complex and high valuable projects, including associated risk and budget monitoring. Proficient in the use of project management tools and Microsoft applications facilitating the presentation of technical information confidently to all levels. Provision of monthly client reports, statistical data and advice on various military procedures and processes, culminating in advice on whether frontline aircraft are ‘fit to fly’. Design, maintenance and analysis of statistical databases together with the collection, collation, computation and statistical analysis of data prior to presentation to other senior government and military departments for review / action. The use of excellent presentation skills in all areas of work as well as accuracy and speed. Excellent report writing together with extensive numerical skills including compilation and operation of detailed spreadsheets and statistical databases.
