Oversee all compensation for $8.3 billion privately held bank with an annual salaries budget in excess of $96 million; promoted from Corporate Incentives Manager to Compensation Manager in 2011. Responsibilities include the following:• Manage all compensation programs to ensure base compensation, pay for performance, and incentive programs meet the organization’s needs, remain within budget, and adhere to corporate and regulatory compliance guidelines.• Administer annual salary and merit processes for over 1,800 employees, drive salary market analysis, assignments of job compensation levels, and salary grade structures.• Execute the annual development, implementation, administration, and risk assessment process for over 35 bank-wide variable compensation, incentive and commission pay programs. • Supervise all components of executive compensation including pricing of base salary, performance based incentives, non-qualified deferred compensation, long-term compensation, and supplemental retirement plans.• Compile compensation and incentive data for executive management while facilitating and presenting items to the Incentive Steering Committee and the board-appointed Compensation Committee. • Prepare annual budget and process payments exceeding $14 million for all monthly, quarterly and annual variable compensation including mortgage and financial advisor commissions. • Manage general ledger reconcilements and financial accruals related to payroll, compensation and incentive accounts.

• Provided financial analysis, counsel, and support to State Leadership with emphasis on business revenue enhancement and expense reduction.• Resolved general ledger research issues for balance sheet, revenue, expense and interest margin accounts to understand financial results.• Managed annual budget of over $50 million for state and region administrative expenses.• Trained State Finance Consultants on internal data processes and financial information availability.• Designed and implemented training for the Integrated Reporting Information System (IRIS) to over 275 line unit employees. • Co-chaired the South Trust customer re-segmentation project, an eight month effort to identify and transfer over 100 thousand customer accounts to the correct business units.
