About Donna Hoenie

I have been implementing and managing ERP and manufacturing solutions for over 28 years. I have 12 years as the project owner responsible for implementing internally new ERP systems for my employer. The remaining 16 I held managerial and functional implementation consultant roles supporting SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Siebel, and the last 11 on NetSuite. Responsibilities have included application selection, implementation, training/documentation, project and change management. Most of the implementations have been for organizations with multiple legal entities with international operations. In my roles as Director or VP of Operations, I have been responsible for the processes and procedures of warehouse and manufacturing to front office and sales/professional services and customer. My background in business process and merger/acquisitions helps me with assessing business requirements and points of exposure the client may experience. During acquisitions, I would be involved during the due diligence process prior to acquisition and then work to transition them from their legacy systems to our corporate standards, processes and systems once they joined our organizations. With over 50+ NetSuite implementations, I have worked in retail, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution and service based organizations. My objectives are always to work with their teams to identify areas for process and efficiency improvements and then create consistently repeatable solutions to increase customer’s experiences and that of their employees. My strengths is the ability to follow complex business processes and look at the impact they may create for associated portions of the organization and then working to improve these.
