As Creative Director, I built and led large agency teams that produced dynamic, multi-channel, internal and external content for clients such as USAA, Argo Group and Rackspace. As a digital content agency, Pace helps breathe life into the stories behind some of the country's largest companies, such as Southwest Airlines, Four Seasons, Walmart, Wells Fargo and more. My teams worked hand-in hand with clients to create content strategies, editorial calendars, and storytelling hubs that created authentic engagement with the brand. Our team of content directors, print and digital editors, videographers, art directors and graphic designers created and published content in all formats and on many platforms - magazines, content hubs, intranet channels, social channels, news centers, email newsletters, digests and more. Stories came to life as videos, podcasts, infographics, quizzes, slideshows and more. While we were storytellers at heart, the power of analytics was undeniable. Metrics informed both our content creation and promotion, helping us personalize both the message and delivery. The ultimate goal: To delight and surprise millions of our clients' customers.
