Allied North America Insurance Brokerage was acquired by AON in February, 2010.In this position, Donna consistently posted new business growth annually while maintaining a 100% rate of client retention. Additionally, she developed a stewardship reporting process and template for key clients of the brokerage, cultivated new market relationships while solidifying existing underwriter relationships and crafted executive presentations that influenced cross-selling opportunities.

During her tenure, Donna restored stability to an operation that was adversely affected by a major staff departure. In demonstrating poised and confident leadership, she provided staffing solutions, performance evaluations and compensation recommendations, while also preparing budgets, servicing key accounts and developing new business. She also served as the project manager for two versions of BondMaster surety technology and created a surety program for use by attorneys in order to obtain court bonds.

In this position, Donna served in a managerial capacity, worked with producers to cultivate surety and fidelity opportunities and serviced various commercial surety accounts.

During her tenure, Donna honed her contract surety, commercial surety and fidelity underwriting skills. Additionally, she provided account management for numerous surety clients, performed financial analyses for home office approval and established lines of authority for the field force.
