I am a lifelong learner dedicated to helping others rediscover their natural curiosity often dimmed by academic and societal one-size-fits-all approach to learning. I have served as a change agent for many individuals of all ages. I have over 27 years of combined industry experience as an educator, vocational evaluator, youth career & transition coach. Born and Suspected on the spectrum and diagnosed with Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Dyscalculia, my mother, who was my best advocate was told her expectations for my future need to be adjusted. I have earned two bachelor's, a master's, and too many certifications to count. I worked with individuals labeled gifted, disabled, at risk, etc. I am here to tell all parent advocates don't listen. Research has proven time and time again, expectations are the number one factor for growth. Henry Ford said it best, "If you believe you can or you believe you can't, you are right."
