I’m a natural influencer. I believe that the alignment between people, business, and purpose is paramount. It’s true that a rising tide floats all boats. I was trained and awarded in the Malcolm Baldrige Leadership through Quality discipline. I’m a catalyst for change. My experience includes coach and trainer for large and mid-sized national firms with experience leading large business units of more than 2,000 people and 17 senior leaders.Driving multi-million dollar sales and marketing units for companies like Xerox and Deluxe gave me invaluable business skills and perspective. One of my strengths is developing transformative strategic and tactical plans that deliver measurable results. I’ve supported a myriad of large and mid-sized companies as they rose to the next level. A servant leader who is passionate about growth and living a purposeful life, I want to engage with like-minded CEOs and business owners to help them become better leaders. That’s why I am adding a Vistage Chair role to my already strong leadership development and coaching practice. I’m authentic and genuine, delivering a balanced, faithful approach to inspire leaders to feel positive and energized by the journey while sharpening leadership skills and growing their businesses.
