Managed the full cycle talent acquisition process within Big Four matrixed, global professional services company with 400K+ employee worldwide focusing on identifying top talent. Served as the key point of contact for clients/hiring managers, defined workforce needs and position requirements, presented qualified candidates, supported the selection process, extended offers while managing negotiations, and facilitated onboarding.Drove hiring forecasting discussions with business unit leaders in partnership with recruiting leader.Engaged, mentored, and led a team of 15 recruiters, fostering a high-performing culture by embracingchange and technology.
