*Maintianing the cleanliness of the office, pantry and other public areas as required as per the company standards . *Preparing/serving tea,coffee, etc. to the guest ,staffs and the management with proper hygience *Assist in photocopying/scanning documents *Assist in answering the telephone,direct and screen calls*Take notes and relay messages * Flexible and efficient in handling the tasks on daily basis *Helping the receptionist,secretaries or other administrative assistants in performing their duties. *Responsible for disposal of trash, waste , and other disposable materials *Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office *Damp dust furniture,light fixtures, windows and bathrooms daily *Performing general office clerk duties and errands .
