Knowinnovation specializes in facilitating and accelerating academic, scientific, interdisciplinary innovation leading to novel ideas and innovative research. The Knowinnovation facilitation team is multi-national and geo-diverse. We’re based in the UK, the US, France and Spain, but just to make things more interesting we’ve mixed it up a bit with a Brit living New York, two Americans based in Europe, and a Kiwi jaunting about London town.

Inclusive Innovation uses a robust creative toolkit to link innovation with economic development. We design and deliver programs unlock people's thinking. Our workshops, innovation labs, hack-a-thons and other convening events are highly interactive, and ultimately lead to economic opportunities for the excluded population in developing countries and regions. Rightmire Hall

Manages the administrative activities of the Center for Applied Plant Sciences (CAPS). Leads all fiscal operations, grant and fund portfolios, and human resources activities for the center. Oversees plant biotechnology center including full time facilities staff. Coordinates conferences, workshops and other scientific events for CAPS. Program Manager for the Translational Plant Sciences Graduate Program and International Dual PhD Program with the University of Sao Paulo.

Managed sponsored programs pre and post- award. Initiated and completed project close-out. Managed the Institutes’ NIH Training Grant (T32). Participated and oversaw grant proposal preparation and submission. Collaborated with investigators to develop proposal budgets. Researched funding opportunities and provided recommendations. Osu Comprehensive Cancer Center

Developed clinical trial budgets to include all associated costs including: research study coordination, data management, regulatory, principal investigator, pharmacy, and research-related procedures/tests. Served as primary clinical trial financial contact and liaison with sponsoring company, institutional offices, hospital units, primary investigators, and clinical trials office regarding clinical trials. Responsible for entry and management of financial data into Access databases for invoicing, payment recognition and cost analysis purposes. Reviewed all transactions for appropriateness and compliance, reconciled differences between internal balances versus Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) balances. Approved patient care related charges. Represented the Office of Contract Development and Coordination for Feasibility Committee meetings, Clinical Trial Office Process Committee and Tissue Archives Service meetings.

Managed proposal and progress report submission for the OSU Comprehensive Cancer Center. Assisted with preparing proposal budgets and gathering institutional assurances. Ensured proposal and project compliance with university, federal and sponsor requirements. Monitored fiscal performance and provided guidance to Principal Investigators and administrative staff regarding sponsor requirements and project expenditures. Served as liaison between investigators, departments, university and sponsors.
