I am an experienced Human Services and Project Support Officer with a demonstrated history of working in community based organisations. Currently working within a case management framework to support people at housing risk. I am skilled in documentation, logistical support, workshop facilitation, community projects, proposal and report writing, event planning and client social support.My passions are deeply rooted in social justice and empowerment as well as the environment and climate change. My successful track record hasseen improved education outcomes and community engagement for disadvantaged young people in two secondary settings and positive employment milestones achieved in my SQW project role.I transitioned to a career in the community sector from a 15 year history in the legal and banking industry. I have a keen interest in research and program development, using a CD framework. With previous training in technical writing and public relations I have skills in writing, editing and mentoring in this field. I enjoy using my experience on various NP teams to provide department heads with strategic program support to improve long-term outcomes.I have a diverse history of volunteering and delivering projects in areas such as housing, employment, mental health, CALD, children and youth, financial literacy and community development. In addition, I am a practical and lateral-thinking problem solver with a drive for social and environmental sustainability.
