As one of the founding partners of Minds Matter, Donnamarie continues to be a catalyst for change in how organizations achieve results through the safe and effective management of their most valuable resource – PEOPLE!With over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Donnamarie has developed and implemented enterprise-wide quality, risk, performance and human resource management programs and systems for health care, mental health and addictions, developmental services, crown corporations, hi-tech and manufacturing organizations. Her knowledge and experience in Occupational Health and Safety, Disability Case Management, Employment Legislation, Organizational Behaviour, and Change Management is strongly supported by her educational preparation in Human Resources Management at the University of Guelph, Psychology and Counselling at Emmanuel Bible College and Solution Focused Coaching at Erickson College. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Mental Health Association for Waterloo, Wellington, Dufferin (CMHA WWD), and is the Chair of the Performance, Risk, Quality and Ethics Committee of the Board.
