My current role requires me to work with colleagues to establish, plan and manage the work necessary to perform and monitor the testing for complex cross-functional requirements within the programme. To ensure I can effectively identify and manage interdependencies within a single business area that may have multiple dependencies to other business areas. In achieving this ensure all standard testing practices required in the delivery and execution of all test artefacts are followed and delivered to a high standard whilst maintaining the integrity and consistency of the overall deliverable at all stages of the project lifecycle.

This was introduced to address gaps highlighted during previous releases in the production, definition and availability of testware. The Working Group have collaborated o produce clear and unambiguous document and naming standards which in time, if successful, could be adopted by other teams in the bank. It has meant a defined and stringent approach to the testware produced for every project which if accepted would help in providing the necessary traceability needed to ensure adequate test coverage.
