Started by Scott Baird in November 2009, the event quickly grew to 100 attendees monthly. Sharing the vision that Scott had from the 1st meeting of 20 people, I helped to organize ideas for speakers and presentations. In early 2011 Scott moved away from direct involvement and I had the privilege of taking coordinating events with the assistance of a committee. Events continue to attract 100 people, committee has expanded to 9 members, and we now have 8 regular sponsors. SMByyc held their 50th event in March 2014. Looking forward to the next 50!
