Reporting to the Deputy Administrator, Chief of Operations Massachusetts Department of Transportation, Highway Division, responsible for the implementation of IBM Maximo Asset Management for MassDOT Highway Division Statewide.

Manager of Statewide Traffic Data Collection, A FHWA sponsored and supported annual counting program modeled from the FHWA's Traffic Monitoring Guide and ASSHTO's Guidelines for Traffic Data Programs and the Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) Field Manual. The annual program involves the systematic collection of traffic data utilizing Automatic Traffic Recorders (ATRs) Radar Sensors and Automatic Electronic Tolling (AET).

Reporting to the Director of Business Applications and the Deputy CIO, responsible for supporting all aspects of Business and Web Application Development including managing the Application Development and Production Support Teams for MassDOT. Responsible for custom development, application integration, testing and Program Management within Development. Participated in a number of process improvement and cost improvement initiatives for MassDOT and IT.

Reporting to the Assistant Secretary of HR for MassDOT & MBTA, responsible for coordinating with the MassDOT and MBTA operational divisions, other Shared Services units and all the departments that comprise Administrative Services and HR to establish effective and professional units in supporting MassDOT’s Mission and Vision. Responsible for implementing, supervising, managing and evaluating a variety of high priority technical and process improvement programs within all Administrative Services and HR departments, including, but not limited to organizational strategy, process improvement, department-wide performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Department liaison, facilitating Project and Program initiatives between Administrative Service/HR and IT.

Reporting to the Applications Manager and the Deputy CIO, responsible for re-branding, creating and supporting a new unified transportation organization dedicated to moving Massachusetts forward with a focus on customer service, safety and innovation. Instrumental in the design and development of a consolidated, centralized, customer focused, redesign of the public facing website, incorporating Highway, RMV, Transit and Aeronautics, under the newly formed Department of Transportation (MassDOT). This effort was completed in a tight four-month window. The design delivered a common look & feel between the divisions and a renewed priority on providing customers with up-to-date and easy-to-access information. This initiative was in support of the mandate by the Governor to consolidate the four main transportation divisions into one by November 1, 2009, which also included the elimination of the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority (MTA).
