Provided strategic human resource counsel on benefit design, compliance issues, employee relations, policy development and personnel administration to firms including: Hoff-Barthelson Music School, Brinks, Malcolm Pirnie, Luminant Worldwide and Frenkel & Co., Inc.

Established a solid Human Resources infrastructure by updating, organizing and streamlining Human Resource processes for 200 employees within the U.S. Corporate Office. Managed the recruitment, new hire orientation, termination, disability and FMLA processes with proven success.

Managed the benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and office safety for 300 employees located nationwide.
