Service Account Liaison Monitor operational performance of Wells Fargo account daily/weekly/monthly Gather internal reporting requirements across departments and external partner reporting and recommend reporting standards Design, develop and implement new reports, assist internal and external customers with ad-hoc queries and investigations Responsible for accuracy and data integrity of reports and therefore expected to spot and question apparent anomalies in the data, and evaluate existing reports Develop custom reports, utilizing formulas, setting up parameters for some dynamic reporting and creating sub-reports Assist with service delivery performance including escalations and day to day operations by providing input and data from customer CRM application. Assist with monitoring Wells Fargo chronics and repeats report history and qualifying work that was completed to make the machine fault free and escalate if necessary Responsible for researching and evaluating customer invokes and penalties. Works directly with Wincor Nixdorf Service Vendor Team members to address vendor personnel and performance escalations Assist with the monitoring of branch and vendor complaints related to technician issues then investigate and relay to area managers for action Track and review tickets, issues and escalations , follow up with regional managers to ensure speed, accuracy, and proper handling of dispatches. Create tickets/incidents , coordinate dispatch and report closing activities Maintain a close working relationship with clients by delivering detailed information, updates and various forms of analysis. Maintain a close working relationship with peers while applying the needed pressure in order to achieve specific results
