•Designed and delivered a quarterly, virtual training series based on StrengthsFinder to assist the SVP, Director of Wealth Resources, and Ops in developing his team and improving engagement scores. Engagement scores improved from 3.2 to 4.5 on a 1-5 scale. •Collaborated with the Senior HRBP for Wealth to design nine Strategy for Success Programs. The Programs provided resources for team members and managers to assist with onboarding, goal setting, performance tracking, and career development. The Programs resulted in improved turnover and sales results. •Recommended, designed, and delivered a virtual two-session New Leader Assimilation to assist the newly hired Director of Sales and Client Experience. The Director had a dotted-line reporting relationship with the sales team and he wanted to build relationships and align on processes and common objectives in a short period of time. The sessions exceeded the Director's expectations and several members of the sales team said the session was one of the best they attended and was a productive use of their time.•Designed/redesigned and delivered various F2F and virtual training classes including but not limited to MBTI, DiSC, Competency-Based Interviewing, and Coaching for Your Success. Consistently received positive evaluations on the content and delivery.•Developed an online program to complement the live Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability training sessions. The Program increased interest in the training and the transfer of learning.
