  I work in a translational medicine research laboratory.I help study gut-derived cells to better understand immune cell regulation in Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.I specialize in tissue-derived immune cell assay development.I acquire and analyze data from longitudinal patient studies to examine the roles of treatments on immune cell phenotypes and signal-transduction responses, often using single sample points for all markers and stimuli.I collect and process clinical and surgical samples for tissue bio-repositories.
