I am a Solicitor based in the North of Scotland and have worked in the Rural Sector for the past 15 years. I have a range of interesting Clients - Distilleries, Landowners, Landlords and Tenants, and like to give a bespoke individual service. Clients may want advice on a wide range of esoteric rural issues such as development, servitudes, agricultural leases, sporting lets or farm and estate purchases and sales. I am a Highland Committee Member for Scottish Land and Estates, and sit on their Land Reform Review Group.I am the Secretary and Treasurer for the Banff and Moray Valuators' Association.I have a keen interest in upland ecology and environmental law, and am married to a deer stalker.In my spare time, I am a poet and a keen fisher. I have just mastered the Spey Cast.
