I am responsible for the delivery of Cielo's fantastic learning content in the form of BAU training, ad hoc team training, onboarding and our wonderful Cielo University programs, which are designed to upskill and promote within our Cielo family. Outside of this I am also keen to reflect the brilliant impact training has and, as such, I work closely with our Analysts to review data and metrics to share with our leaders.Since joining the team I have been part of the design, build, implementation and evaluation of:- New programs created to upskill the existing workforce with a focus on key skills and values. These comprehensive programs were comprised of both live classes and e-learning.- Onboarding Programs to support multiple timezones and cultural nuances Globally across the business.- Partnering with an industry expert to deliver best-in-class Sourcing programs with state-of-the-art techniques.
