Taking care of the client's needs was the main focus. This can be done numberous ways; through processing payroll, answering questions, making sure they are satisfied with the companies services. There are many internal processes and staff support functions that affect the client's happiness. It was ultimately my responsibility to make sure my client's needs were met so that their payroll was processed properly and they were satisfied.

My function was to over see the management of a conversion team. All clients data was to be converted from the "old" payroll system to the "new" payroll system while still keeping the companies processing payroll at the same time.
